Housing market is growing back! According to FloridaRealtors.org there has been a solid growth in house prices around most of the country in both new and existing home sales. Things are starting to finally move in the right direction. Also, we have also begun to see a surge in Construction, even though it is as very low base.
The Federal Reserve’s low interest policy has made it much easier to purchase homes. It has put money in the economy through refinancing.
